Terms & Conditions


All work undertaken by Executary shall be treated with utmost confidentiality at all times. We do not pass or sell client information onto third parties unless specifically requested to do so by the client and so long as any such requests adhere to current legislation. The client will be the legal owner and hold intellectual copyright of all work undertaken by Executary.


We offer a range of plans to cater to your varying needs, including 20-hour, 30-hour, and 40-hour plans. These pre-designed plans provide flexibility and comprehensive support for your business. Additionally, we understand that every client is unique, and we are pleased to offer bespoke plans tailored specifically to your requirements. Our bespoke plans, however, are subject to availability as they require careful consideration of our virtual assistants’ workload and capacity. We will make every effort to accommodate your specific needs and preferences. In the event that a bespoke plan is not immediately available, we will work closely with you to explore alternative solutions that align with your goals. Please note that our bespoke plans are not available for less than 10 hours per month. We prioritise providing dedicated assistance and value quality in our services. Furthermore, we regret to inform you that adhoc requests cannot be considered.

Minimum term

All of our plans require a 3-month minimum agreement, demonstrating our commitment to providing long-term virtual assistant services tailored to your needs. This initial period allows us to establish effective communication, optimise workflow, and build a strong working relationship. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 10-hour paid trial period before engaging in the 3-month agreement. Please note that early termination before the completion of the minimum term may incur additional charges as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Payment terms

For the first month of your plan, 50% of the fee is due upfront, with the remaining balance payable at the end of the month. Starting from the second month, full payment is required upfront at the beginning of each month. Alternative payment plans can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Any additional costs outside of the agreed plan will be communicated to you, and payment will be required when incurred (e.g., postage, courier fees, ad-hoc costs). We aim to ensure a smooth payment process and provide clear communication regarding financial obligations.

Billing cycle

We operate on a monthly billing cycle, which starts on the day you sign up to our services.

Hourly tracking

We meticulously track the hours our virtual assistants spend on your tasks using reliable time tracking software. This ensures accurate and transparent invoicing for the work completed.

Quality assurance

Executary is dedicated to delivering high-quality work by conducting comprehensive quality checks before delivering the final product to you, however responsibility for conducting a final proofread to ensure accuracy sits with you as the client. Please note that Executary does not assume any liability, financial or business responsibility for the work produced or its end use.

Payment methods

We accept payment via bank transfer. Details will be provided upon signing up for our services.

Cancellation and refunds

As per our 3-month minimum contract, clients are committed to the agreed-upon term. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide some flexibility. Clients may request cancellation within the 3-month period, but early termination fees or other applicable charges may apply. Our team is available to discuss any cancellation requests and find the best possible solution based on individual circumstances. Please note that one months’ notice is required to cancel our plans.

Any unused hours within the current billing cycle will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to the following month. Refunds for unused hours are not provided, and cancellation does not absolve any outstanding payments.


When signing up for our services, we understand the importance of starting your plan as soon as possible. We will make every effort to initiate your plan promptly; however, the start date is subject to availability. Our team will communicate the estimated start date based on our current workload and capacity.

Work requests

Executary ensures clear communication regarding any large projects that may exceed the agreed plan. We will discuss additional hours and fees in advance, seeking your agreement before proceeding. While we reserve the right to reject work requests outside the agreed scope or deemed unlawful or immoral, we strive to assist wherever possible, even if the request falls outside our standard offerings.
